Gloucester, MA - a north shore fishing village in Massachusetts. The U.S. Coast Guard Training ship Eagle came in for the weekend. I have a 93 year old aunt who lives here. my uncle was a commercial fisherman and I spent many summers here. My dad's family lived here too before moving to Boston. Many happy childhood memories of these frigid waters. We spent a beautiful day with my aunt and cousins today in this quaint town with two very different characters - the primarily Italian commercial fishing families and the artists-in-residence relatively recently arrived. Gloucester is also the site for the filming of the movie "The Perfect Storm". Definitely look in LARGE.
