Oooo!

This a female eider. If you ever get chance to hear a group of eiders together then it's sure to make you laugh, they have such a funny call. They sound nothing like a duck but maybe that's because they're not your conventional duck as these birds mainly live out at sea. I captured this little lady at grange over sands duck pond. I couldn't see any males which was ashame as they are much more colourful.
