Ice Bucket Challenge

What a Monday... work... then gym... then ice bucket challenge...

My cousin Tiff nominated me, so I couldn't let her down... and it's for a good cause... I paid my money... nominated my victims and then dumped a bucket of icy water all over myself... it was between this shot and the aftermath... but I have to say the expression on my face wasn't exactly flattering... gasping like a fish out of water... ironic really considering how much of the icy cold stuff was all over me...

a hot shower and a plate of pasta has revived me though :-)
