One thing that is essential for any operation in this part of the world, is an effective air conditioning system. When we rented this space, one of the reasons we chose it was that it had existing air conditioning. Unfortunately, we were to find out that the 1986 unit was completely non-functional and had been disconnected. Thanks to an impressive response from the landlord, they quickly stepped up and promised me a brand new unit at their cost - here it is almost in! We can stop sweating again!
