Another just perfect day.

Thick and fast these days are coming. After the spectacular day yesterday we all had a relaxing day at The Sheraton at Carlsbad with the newly weds, who had stayed there the night, and those of us who could make it.

We started with lunch then moved to the pool area where we remained until nearly 5.00pm, enjoying the sun, the table football, the pool, table tennis, cocktails and good conversation.

All too soon, the day had slipped way and we're back in our apartment watching the sun set for one final time over the Pacific Ocean. The first phase of our trip ebbing nicely away. Tomorrow we set off on our 3 day trip to San Francisco along the Pacific Highway. Into the unknown!
