Tewett Tarn

Parked the car at Castelrigg Stone Circle (which was occupied by hordes of picnickers) and walked to Tewett Tarn. Have wanted to visit here for ages after a JG recommendation. It was well worth the trip and on a busy bank holiday Sunday we had the place to ourselves :)
