Harrison Road / Union Canal Tow Path

#2 in an occasional series of Cigs tags using the number 3.

OK, so it's been partly obliterated by white paint, but
Black spray paint, block capitals, no frills. But great location; I was almost into an oncoming cyclist, such was my distraction at seeing this. Now THAT would have made a decent blip. Me in the canal with a Cigs tag.
