Dave by the Riverside

After work today I was wandering down by the riverside looking for photo opportunities in the golden early evening light, when I was beckoned over to join this fella and a few of his colleagues for a drink.

Dave is both a current and a former colleague – I'm presently contracting at the company he works for, but we first met (he calculated tonight) about 14 years ago back in the heady dotcom boom days of Freeserve. He's a great bloke and I've always been very happy to keep in touch – nice to have a friendly old face around the place :-)
