Deer in Dorset, Ontario

We started our day with a trip to the look out tower in Dorset and saw a wonderful view of the lakes and semi mountains surrounding the tower. We then headed up to Dwight and Huntsville where we had lunch at the later. Huntsville had many beautiful murals and large paintings on the sides of buildings by the Group of Seven artists. We then came back to Dorset to spend a little time by the water and came across a mother deer and her two fawns eating fallen apples from a apple tree by the water. The two fawns still had their spots and were playing, jumping and running around the mother deer. This capture was the best but did not show both fawns. We had seen a family of 5 deer the day before not far from this site and figure these must be a part of that small herd. Had not seen deer in town before but had heard some people were feeding them.
