No oven, can't Cook!

As part of our extension and renovation of our house, we have decided to change over from Gas cooking to Electric, so we have had the mains gas removed, this was done on Monday! Great, but what about our tea? How can I cook, nutritious meals with no oven? Well luckily I have a Remoska, it's a small round oven, heated from the top, it's about the size of a large frying pan, and with a bit of wriggling we had fabulous, bacon and egg and mushrooms, with tomatoes and the obligatory baked beans done in the microwave. Hopefully we will have a stand in bottle gas cooker connected up shortly, but until then, watch this space!
