Hot chocolate and garlic for the flu

I have been drinking tea with ginger and honey for a week. This flu doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Today I made a modification to my daily routine for this week. I made myself a hot chocolate drink instead of ginger tea. I just found out, that there is a component in cocoa called theobromine. It is a mild stimulant, and relaxes the smooth muscles of the bronchi in the lungs, and therefore is a powerful expectorant.

From now on, if I ever have a cough, I'll just be eating plenty of chocolate. Oh, the shredded garlic? Not going to eat that. It is on my bedside table, to evaporate. It also helps with the flu.
