Craigmillar Castle

I am embarrassed to say that I've never been to Craigmillar Castle, even although it's quite close to where we live.

We are making arrangements to go and visit it with a friend. In the meantime, I was out walking the other day on Old Dalkeith Road on my way to pick up a parcel at the local Post Office depot. This took me close to the castle so I wandered up the hill to have a wee look from a distance.
