Saucisson Anyone?

Ok, so now well and truly home, we went to the market in Rochefort, which has some great stalls. The saucisson stall sells them at 10 euros for 6, pretty good value. All sorts of flavours, including Ceps, Cider, Spicy, Smoked, plain and shallot. Very tasty.
