is your glass half-full or half-empty?

So, two weeks in to the healthy eating plan and I am allowed a glass of wine. This is it, and boy, is it a small glass of wine. But I am ever theoptimist and have decided to see my glass of wine as half-full :-) You'll see by the shadows that I deliberately shot it so it looks like I have three half-full glasses of wine, I'm sure I can trick myself into believing this!
