Poor Old Rags

My lovely old teddy Rags is falling to bits,his arm,his fur and eye have been gone many a long year but now his fabric is starting to rip when he's touched so I have to keep him on a chair away from harm.
He was given to me by my parents when I was a baby so has been with me longer than any one else on Earth.
I still love him even though he's old and dare I say tatty( I hope he didn't hear me because he means so much to me)
I don't know how to stop any more damage happening to him so if any one has any idea on how to preserve this wonderful old gentleman I should love to hear it.
