The Tour's coming to Devizes..

and two golden bikes have appeared. I think they look quite good, though it's a shame about the notices attached to them in poly pockets. I'm excited about the prospect of watching the race coming through next Friday, though not entirely sure that my photographic skills are up to the job. I suspect my next week's September Technique challenge wild card will be "motion blur".

It's been interesting to see a few roadworks being rushed through in preparation. If the Tour comes back again next year I can suggest a few more roads that could have the potholes removed.
