We hiked Mount Marcy, which is the high point of New York at an elevation of 5,343 feet. The temperature dropped from about 70 to the mid 40's at the top with a chilly wind. It was a perfect day to hike, an awesome view and the very best company.

It was 14.3 miles round trip. My feet were beat. Dinner and drinks were well earned.
