Lyell Fork of the Tuolumne Rive

I headed out late morning for a short loop up the Lyell Fork and down the Dana Fork of the Tuolumne River in Yosemite. We are looking at the Lyell Fork at about 8600 feet. There are trails up both sides of the fork. The rock formations and pools are splendid. The water is glacial melt. It is exhilarating.
