Birthday Boy

It's his birthday week, and he is looking fine in his Davy Crockett birthday hat! One can never be sure what a boy will like these days, so the response of he and his friends to the taste of the old frontier, was delightful to behold. When I searched for links to Davy Crockett, I just expected to see a picture of a frontiersman. Honestly, I don't think I've ever done any reading, just remember hearing the song about him. I knew nothing about the soldier and politician. He was a much more interesting character than I ever knew!
