Another weekend another walk

I have a whole schedule of weekends walks leading up to Trailwalker and this was the first, Stage 3 of the McLehose trail. We had already done 3 and 4 combined and I was not looking forward to it but it was ok. No more than ok. It was very hot but we completed this stage 40 mins faster than the last time.
I still think the steps at the beginning are the worst bit of this stage.
