Indian Lunar Year

Tonight down the beach were herds of Indians celebrating Lunar Year. Four of the men walk out in to the water up to there neck and release a statue in the water. The lady was telling my husband about it but it went in one ear and out the other. I tried goggling it but couldn't find anything. It was great to watch.
