A Devoted Wife, Mum and Gran

My Mother in Law died on 13 February 2007. We went to lay flowers at the grave today and remember her. My first Blip was taken here last April on Dad's anniversary.

Mum had the verse from 1 Thessalonians 4:13 "We do not grieve as those who have no hope" inscribed on the stone when Dad died, and it was her wish that we add "Together Forever".

My niece A is sixteen today. It was a hard day on her thirteenth birthday to hear that Gran had died. Gran had made one of her legendary splendidly decorated cakes for her big day. It was to be the last of the wonderful cakes made for each of the grandchildren's birthdays.
