Nara Daibutsu (奈良大仏)

The world's largest bronze statue of the Buddha Vairocana.

Housed in Great Buddha Hall (大仏殿, Daibutsuden), which was until recently the largest wooden structure in the world (and was originally 3 times its current size!)

Located in Nara, a former capital of Japan, it's just one of a number of historic monuments.

And again, tamed wild deer.
