True or False

This is the mathematical bridge in Cambridge.

True or false?
The wooden bridge was designed by Isaac Newton with no screws or bolts to hold it together

Both false, Newton died about 22 years before the bridge was built. Across the years groups of students have tried to investigate its construction. There are certainly spikes and bolts used but they are well concealed. The bridge has been rebuilt twice , in 1866 and 1905.

A perfect afternoon in Cambridge. We went to see a fantastic film by a Chilean director, Alejandro Jodorowsky, The Dance of Reality. A great last day to the film festival. Home early to listen to Jack's local
radio programme on Miles Davis.
