A Well-Spent Year

Having picked all those sloes on Friday, I spent yesterday bottling up last years gins.

Sloe gin, mulberry gin, orange gin, blackcurrant gin: what a well-spent year 2013 was!

At the back those big gallon vessels, with contents beginning to turn pinkish, contain the 2014 sloe gin - all 2 gallons of it - beginning its long journey to maturity
