Remember to zoom out as the runner approaches when using the camera on continuous shooting in sports mode. Then you will not cut off the top of the athlete's head.

This is No1 son racing to the finish at a really good orienteering event in the lovely Cannock Chase Forest in Staffordshire. He has not forgiven me for cutting off the top of his head.
