Radiating Rays

The storm that is crashing around the house as I type, built up rather slowly tonight with billowing clouds splitting the sunlight. This could go into the "mono Monday" collection if I knew how to enter it for the challenge. Can anyone enlighten me?

Large is more spectacular of course, you can see a plane heading towards the sun.

Thanks so much for the spotlighted Mont Blanc yesterday, you are all mountain lovers I have discovered. I am so lucky to live in the pre-Alps, the big Alps are never too far away.
