Carrot cake

Made for TSP's birthday, just wasn't quick enough to get a shot of the whole thing! Spent the morning doing boring stuff, like food shopping and then after lunch did the baking. Mum and dad popped round with Oscar for some tea and cake and we had a chilled put evening as TSP is back at work tomorrow. Luckily it's only a 4 day week though!
