Pai

I went on my first weekend adventure: to Pai. It's a little hippy place up in the hills. The drive up there was beautiful and Pai itself cute, full of nice little restaurants and shops. This was the Pai river lodge bungalows where we stayed. It was great getting to know some new people.

Spent the evening dancing, playing Viking and talking to Muay Thai boxers, some of them more interesting than others. One claimed to be 'enlightened' already which is why he was fighting (mostly with other Westerners) to get in touch with Thai culture instead of exploring Buddhism.

Excellent day all in all.

New food: spaghetti with salmon and cauliflour, passionfruit pancake.
New language: I want.. do you have... can I have...water, drunk
