Homemade Granola with apricots and macadamias - for taking on our trip.

I've sadly elected not to go to the Sci Fair tomorrow. Way too much to be done at home. I'm sad - esp about the pinhole photo thing.

I see that a year ago today I was in Stromness. I recall it was a hot and sunny day - and my first ever use of my bus pass! It's noo so bad the day either. Cracking good drying day.
