Food Prepping

Spent the afternoon prepping meals for the next few days. I find it really difficult as cabin crew to gym and eat healthily and at regular times when fighting fatigue, long hours and jet leg. Teamed with aircraft food and the junk sold in the Middle East, the past few months I've gained a little weight and feel really gross.
Decided it's time to start planning ahead for my flight meals and I need to start exercising when I can to combat fatigue. Hoping I feel better in a week or so. I just want to feel fit, healthy and energetic again!
