Suspicious character entering garage. Blur unintentional.

My building has been experiencing break-ins and bike thefts. No one is supposed to enter the garage, by car or on foot, without waiting for the gates to close behind them. This is not the first time I've seen this guy lurking at the entrance and taking advantage of my opening the gate from my car to enter with me. I sent this shot to the building management (for all the good it will do). I wish I knew what I did to get this blur because I can never blur an image when I want to!

My iPhone likes its photos clear.
It doesn't like to blur, I fear.
I try and try to blur a frame —
The camera just won't play the game.

But when a sharp shot's called for, well,
At last the memory rings a bell.
'You want some blur? Then here it is!'
At first it put me in a tizz
But now I like it as it is.
