Pudding

A busy day that included interviewing with our glamorous colleague in the afternoon. In the evening Mel and Cron came round for a meal - Mr H valiantly constructed stuffed courgettes (or "zucchini boats" as tookie christened them!) and I contributed a summer pudding, which had been oozing quietly in the fridge overnight. It's one of the few desserts I ever make (Mel reminded me that the other one is cranachan). It was all fairly delicious. We went round to the Vaults afterwards for a nightcap.

This reminds me why I should never try to blip food!
