Long goodbye

Took mum home today and she was very excited to be going...having spent the last 8.5 weeks either in hospital or at the post-operative rehabilitation home.

However, the excitement drained her and she was exhausted when I left. Now she just needs time to properly rest and relax in her own time.

Mind you, she lost over 1.5 stones in weight during the ordeal so also needs to build herself up a bit!
