September Sunrise, Woodbrooke

Woke up at 6 am, still energised from yesterday and looking forward to today's sessions on our course. Went down to the lake at the front of the house to do my Body Prayer to start the day. Dew still on the grass, mist hanging low above it. Sun beginning to rise over the trees and light the leaves and branches. Air still and cool. Perfect early Autumn morning.
