Week 13 Run 2 - 8 miles

And a new 10km post Wilf record! Still not quite under the hour mark but it was very hilly. This is me with the view from our cottage. I can't believe pre Wilf I ran 53:57. Maybe next years goal should be a sub 54 10km.
