Pink Dahlia Bud

Shopping in Bishop’s Stortford for a while this morning and catching up with other tasks this afternoon.

We had coffee in Marks and Spencer’s and it was good to see that they are supporting the Mcmillian biggest coffee morning for the whole of September. They are giving five pence to the charity for each cake, from a selection of their range; unfortunately none of the participating cakes were gluten-free.

Dull and overcast for most of the day although not particularly cold. Today’s picture is of a Dahlia flower bud; I am not sure it will open before the frost gets it.
