Blending in

I remember where I was 13 years ago.

The first thing I noticed, was that my husband is now blending into his new environment.
When the date popped up, 9-11, I remembered where I was 13 years ago when the news about the twin towers was broadcast.
Utter shock.
It still shocks me.
