Its been a made-your-head-spin kind of week. Today was no exception. Difficult things happen to the nicest of people and sometimes it seems that it just never stops. I had a few moments of calm this afternoon and a bit of reflection.



The race last night went okish, I wasn't quite last and ran a better time that I hoped. But, I was still miles off the main pack of runners and the people who I sped past were 3-4 decades older than me. Still some way to go there.
