The birds have flown

This is the West Cumberland Group entry into the British Decoy and Wildfowl Carving Association Annual Competition.
Some few may know that I have been whittling away on various bits of wood over the last few months. Many of those bits remain as works in progress but one, the Pied Wag top centre of the display, has made it into the show.
Carved from Jelutong, plumage carved by pyrography and the the whole bird painted with Galeria acrylic paints.
