Homegrown Garlic

We've been harvesting from the garden all summer: berries, peaches, plums, cherries, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, beans, peas, all the usual suspects. Lately, we have been watching the potatoes, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and onions. We had a lovely crop of garlic which I braided. It hangs between two windows in the kitchen, and the light and play of shadows on it this evening was lovely.
