Up The Wellsway

Don't know who he is but this was taken about a mile up the Wells way in Bath during the warm up stage of the Tour of Britain. They weren't even racing at this point, if it'd been me in the saddle, as well as looking a lot less toned in the lycra, I'd have been properly red fced and blowing by this point!
