It is only fitting that these two figure in my millennial blip. After all, they are my most favorite models, most favorite companions for taking photos they are NOT in, and most favorite people in the world overall. My Number Ones. My family.

This was supposed to be an entirely different shot, carefully planned and executed, ambitious and difficult. Instead, you get a turn-around snapshot from my little Canon Elph (I didn't dare to canoe with Fluffy), while the boat was rocking side-to-side, and moving forward at the same time.

It's all good... I'll have plenty of opportunities to execute my carefully planned Other Millennial Shot. Here is to the next thousand.
