Living Fossil

The closest phone I had to this was a Sony Ericsson T68i, back in 2002. Even then I created a sort of smartphone by using it with my Psion 5MX personal digital assistant. I'm pretty sure the Sony had several more advanced features like e-mail, tri-band radio and IR link too...

Since then I have had smartphones, although I did have a temporary phone as well when I was in the USA 7 months - but it was probably still smarter than this.

Buying this cheap pay-as-you-go phone for emergencies (sometimes I don't want to carry my decent phone) is like stepping back in time by 10-15 years!

Still, it's small, light, simple, cheap, and the battery should last for ages.
