Still.

Up the glens for a walk today. This shot was taken at the Loch of Lintrathen. It's only about 25 minutes from the house but the water is still frozen solid. The birds are sitting well out from the shore as a result. However, the scenery is absolutely amazing and it is so quiet. (I did manage to sneak up on some geese at one point, but one click of the shutter and about 500 of them took to the air). Tell you though, if you lived there you'd never be stuck for a blip again. This is one of the first off the computer. Next time I go back I think I'll have to take a tripod and a wide angle!
