Parish Council Meetings

There are some things in life that I probably shouldn't do....and gate crashing other people's parish Council meetings is probably one of them! However, when out and about, armed with a camera and a Blip to find, I do become quite nosey!

...so I was passing the door, looked in...and thought..."those look nice chairs!" And where there is a will...there's a Blip!
