Belle Vue dock on the York River

A beautiful day to contrast with yesterday's overcast weather. I helped M make pancakes for breakfast - something I will have to master before N gets back! I took the two eldest for a swim although was more of a wade as the water was only 4' deep with the low tide. After they went inside I grabbed the camera and went to town! I walked a little way down from the dock all the while throwing sticks for their dog to retrieve. I managed to get 5 card muffins from Diggs again today - unbelievably delicious, I was such a pig I scoffed them on the dock while chatting to R. Afterwards we relaxed, then cleaned up before heading back to Blacksburg.
