Commonly known as the pancake flop! I cooked pancakes for breakfast today (I don't usually have so much time in the morning, but we had a power cut at 6.30 and the beep of the burglar alarm woke me up, so I thought I might as well make the most of the early start). I don't usually flip them up high because ... well, you can see Paul giving a very good demonstration of why I don't! They tasted lovely anyway - a nice start to the day.
