Alchemist Sky

The sky was on fire tonight. Boiling clouds of bubbling gold. An Alchemist Sky.

Alchemy is the process of transforming one thing into another. It is about change and transformation.

A fitting sky for me today then.

For change feels like it is most definitely bubbling on the horizon.

Amazingly I did next to no editing on this shot. I tweaked the contrast and upped the saturation little, and sharpened the silhouettes. But it really was that colour.

I sat and watched it till the golds and pinks faded to grey and purple and my eyes stung with the memory of it.
