Notes: Unusual day. Started swimming laps on another beautiful morning. Headed downtown around 1130a to check in on Kathryn & Carolyn's dogs and do some work with Karen. Got a text on the way over from Kathryn saying she wasn't feeling well and was getting herself to the ER. Karen and I worked on stuff for awhile with not great success. Heard from Kathryn again later and they planned to admit her - she's lost a lot of blood and they were doing more tests ... thinking it was a bleeding ulcer or a blood clot in the lung. I took some things to the hospital, had dinner with Karen and then stayed with the animals overnight. Here they are: Tiberius (cat), Hero and Cyrus.
